1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 75bmw website, mobile platform, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the 75bmw Platform in any capacity, you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 75bmw Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

75bmw reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the 75bmw Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 75bmw or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 75bmw Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible user may register one (1) account on the 75bmw Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

75bmw reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and address at any time, including but not limited to:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth card, UMID, or Voter's ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account, or bank account details)

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 75bmw Login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your 75bmw account and not reuse it across other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which 75bmw strongly recommends for all accounts.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including friends, family members, or anyone claiming to be a 75bmw support agent.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 75bmw support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

75bmw will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

75bmw shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account prior to you notifying 75bmw of unauthorized access will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 75bmw Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer via major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit card.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet transactions. Minimum amounts for bank transfers may vary.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant.
• 75bmw does not accept deposits from credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.
• 75bmw does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to fund your account.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 15 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers typically settle within the same business day.
• 75bmw reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

75bmw offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 75bmw reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly permitted.
• 75bmw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed and in progress will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of claiming.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 75bmw Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules. The following general gameplay terms also apply:

• All bets placed on the 75bmw Platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after confirmation, except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 75bmw will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account balance.
• 75bmw uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers under controlled conditions.
• 75bmw reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or any other circumstance that compromises the integrity of the game outcome.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. 75bmw is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 75bmw Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 75bmw Platform, its software, or its security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 75bmw staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.

9 Responsible Gaming

75bmw is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 75bmw Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of 75bmw or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 75bmw.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any 75bmw trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of 75bmw intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 75bmw.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 75bmw, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable security recommendations.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game due to technical issues, maintenance, or regulatory requirements.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 75bmw's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 75bmw makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game offered thereon.

12 Termination

75bmw reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 75bmw support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 75bmw Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 75bmw support. 75bmw will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within 14 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.

14 Amendments to These Terms

75bmw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 75bmw will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
